It has always been my husband’s dream to have his own restaurant. Tim has been trained in classical French cooking and has managed multiple kitchens in Palm Beach, Florida. When our son joined the United States Air Force in 2020, we decided to take a gamble on ourselves and open a new restaurant. When we stumbled upon Luray, we fell in love of its breathtaking beauty and charm. We knew we found our home!
